Wholesale Enquiries

  • We have been wholesaling our hats for over 20 years and sell to bona fide trade customers only.
  • To ensure exclusivity and to avoid fisticuffs we try not to supply stores in close proximity.
  • Our minimum order is 8 hats from across the range.
  • New customers who would like to become a stockist, please email your business name, address and telephone number, ABN number and buyer contact name to haydenlh@optusnet.com.au
  • If you are a current stockist and would like to receive a current price list or make an enquiry please email your query to haydenlh@optusnet.com.au

 

Payment

  • All of our sales are conducted on a pro forma basis. The order is invoiced and goods are despatched upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment can be made by direct deposit or by sending a cheque to our postal address.
  • We can also accept payment by Mastercard and Visa however a 1% surcharge applies to credit card payments. We do not like to do this but would prefer not to increase the wholesale prices - this charge is a contribution towards the percentage charged by our bank.

 

Shipping

  • All freight charges are added to your invoice.
  • We ship our orders by the most economical means and endeavour to use the most efficient and cost effective method of delivery. Our preferred shipper is Australia Post (who contrary to the old adage ‘lost in the post’ have not lost a parcel in 20 years – oh wait perhaps that only applies to cheques). Our other preferred shipper is Direct Freight express who are also super reliable.
